D.Pharm Course

Eligibility

A pass in any of the following exam with Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Mathematics

  1. PUC / 10 + 2 / PDC / Intermediate / Higher Sec. exam in Science

Original Documents and 3 sets of photocopies of all documents required at the time of Admission for D.Pharm course

  • P.U.C Markcard / 12th Markscard

  • SSLC / 10th Markscard

  • Address proof

  • Transfer certificate

  • Aadhar Card

  • Study and Conduct Certificate

  • Color passport size photograph with name – 4 nos

  • Parent’s PAN Card

  • Caste and income certificate


Duration:

2 years + practical training of 500 hours spread over a period of not less than 3 months in a Govt. Hospital/Pharmacy, which is recognized by Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi.


Examination


Sessional Exam:

There will be three periodic sessional exam in theory & practical during academic year in college for max. marks of 20 and average of best two marks will be considered for qualifying annual exam.


Board Exam:

Exam will be conducted twice every year by Board of Examination Authority, Drugs Control Dept., Bangalore. The First exam in a year will be the annual exam (in May/June ) and second is the supplementary exam(Nov/Dec).


Hospital Training:

After having appeared in the final exam of II year the candidate must undergo 500 hours of practical training in Govt. Hospital / Dispensary / Pharmacy recognised by PCI, New Delhi.
